At Bellissimo Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the hat in its original protective packaging and hat box to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
